Mint Meltaways®

8oz. box of Mint Meltaways

1 box vanilla cake mix

Cream cheese frosting

Cupcake pan

Disposable decorating bags

Flower decorating tip

 

Directions:

1. Make the cupcakes according to the directions on the box and bake in cupcake pan.
2. Remove the cupcakes from the pan and allow to cool completely.
3. Cut the tip off bottom of decorating bag and place decorating tip in.
4. Add cream cheese frosting to bag and squeeze down to tip end.
5. Slowly working from inside out in a circular rotation frost cupcake.
6. Repeat step 4 and 5 until you’ve frosted all your cupcakes.
7. Add a Mint Meltaway to the top of frosting on cupcake.
